Elder Moisés Villanueva
“Prove Me Now Herewith”
Seventy
In brief
Elder Villanueva tells how his mother, separated and raising eight children, chose to pay a full tithe when the family joined the Church. When a sister's faith in tithing weakened after a promotion never came, he invited her, as he had done himself, to list the significant but subtle blessings tithing brings, which can be easy to overlook. Recalling the widow of Zarephath, he testifies that the Lord opens the windows of heaven in His own way and time.
